- Where is this character from? (game, anime, original design, etc.)
- What pieces do you need?
- Any specifications? (type of fabric and materials you want used, any variations, etc.)
- URL’s to reference images (please supply as many as possible from as many angles as possible)
- Your name
- Gender
- Zip code (to estimate shipping costs)
- General size (extra small, small, medium, large, extra large)
- Due date (this should be at least two weeks before a convention/event you plan to wear the costume to)
- Any other information that may help me determine a quote or anything you think I should know
Please keep in mind you are only sending an inquiry for a price quote. You are by no means obligated to purchase the costume you are inquiring about, and I may or may not decide to give you a quote if I do not feel I can complete the commission depending on varying circumstances. I will not give you a quote unless I know I can make a costume first.
